When you request the class, GNS collects the name, email address, phone number, and location information you provide. We use it to give you access to the class, send related educational material, respond to questions, and contact you about a possible appointment when you have consented.

We may process contact information through service providers that support our website, customer relationship management, email, text messaging, scheduling, and compliance. We do not sell your contact information. We retain records only as reasonably needed for these purposes and applicable legal or compliance obligations.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw marketing consent, by emailing gemmaserenity@wealthwave.com. You may also reply STOP to text messages or use the unsubscribe link in an email.

This notice should be reviewed before launch to add any business address, state-specific disclosures, and service-provider details required by your compliance program.
